I currently only ship to the United Kingdom via Royal Mail and use Hermes for the larger sized parcels.

Joanne Ruby is a small business therefore next day delivery cannot be guaranteed (however if you are running to a tight deadline and require a speedy delivery please contact me with your order number and I will do my very best to accommodate). All greeting card and A3 print orders are dispatched within 4 working days with first class postage as standard.

Returns

In the unlikely event that your goods arrive damaged please contact me stating the order number and date received. In order for the return to be processed effectively I will be in touch via email and will ask for images of the damaged item(s).

If you have changed your mind on your order or they aren’t quite to your liking you have 14 days from the day of purchase for a refund. This is providing the item(s) is/are in a fully resalable condition and upon inspection at the Joanne Ruby studio are seen to be in original packaging and unused. Please note the cost of returning undamaged goods back to the studio is covered by you.
